For the civil discipline, Phase I and II is complete for the FCR/FCN review and the Phase III has been completed for Soils (Stations 8',10,13,24 and 64.) Based on,the forgoing, the requirements for lifting Stop Work 38 have been met for th.e civil discipline at these stations.
