Project Related Documents," provides the cross-reference of documents,
to the contract requirements.
1.4.2 QA~ Division / Project Records Records which provide documentary evidence of the performance of Quality Assurance Division activities are maintained and include those applicable records as listed in QAP 9.1, " Classification, Control and Maintenance of QA Records."
The MQPE has established a file index for the filing'of Project QA Records in accordance with QAP 9.1. The index facilitates the filing and retrievability of QA records.
An index of records will be prepared and submitted to Bechtel which provides a generic list of all records to be accumulated during the period of the contract.

All records generated shall be considered permanent and will be maintained for the life of the contract.
Upon completion of the contract, all records will be offered to Bechtel for final disposition.
A dual records storage has been established for starage and preservation of records. The original copy of records generated at,the Midland site will be maintained in Gilbert / Commonwealth site project Quality Assurance files.
A copy of these records will be transmitted to Commonwealth Associates Inc., Quality Assurance Division files in Jackson.
The original copy of Quality Assurance
- records generated by Gilbert / Commonwealth in Jackson will be maintained in Commonwealth Associates Inc. Quality Assurance Division Project Files in Jackson, Michigan.
A copy of these reiords will be transmitted to Gilbert / Commonwealth Site Project Quality Assurance files.
Records will be kept bound in folders. Removal of any records will be controlled using an out card indicating the individual who removed the record and the date removed.
Records which are found to contain incorrect information shall be corrected by one of two methods. The first metnod is to line out the incorrect information and correct as necessary. The correction shall be initialed and dated by the MQPE or his designee. The second method is by the use of a supplemental page indicating the correction.
The supplemental page shall then be signed and dated by the MQPE or his designee.
