l On January 21, 1983, Applicants distributed to the Board and the parties a document entitled " Admitted Contentions."
That document, prepared for the convenience of the participants in i
this proceeding, represents the Board's rulings to date on the l
admitted contentions of the Intervenors.
We have recently discovered an error in that codification.
We had overlooked t he fact that the Board had admitted CANP 4 as an adoption of Eddleman 41, and CANP 6 as an adoption of Eddleman 29.
In addition, the codification incorrectly designated CANP 2 as an adoption of Joint Contention VII on steam generators.
CANP 2, however, was limited by the Board as an adoption of 8302230509 830218 PDR ADOCK 05000 goo
