20555 Judge Peter A. Morris Atomic Safety and Licensing Board U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, D.C.
20555 In the Matter of Philadelphia Electric Company (Limerick Generating Station, Units 1 and 2)
Docket Nos. 50-352 and 50-353 Gentlemen:
The Board's " Memorandum and Order Continuing Informal Discovery, Providing for Further Specification of Conditionally Admitted Contentions and Noting Dismissal of ECNP" dated February 10, 1983 was served by the NRC's Public Proceedings branch on February 15, 1981 and only received by us on February 17, 1983.
While I understand this may have been due to the intervening snow storm in the Washington
- area, it has made compliance with one of the Board's schedule dates more difficult.
While we will attempt to meet the March 1,
1983 date for submission of certain information requested of the Applicant, an extension of time may be necessary.
In this regard, I would suggest to you a procedure used by other licensing boards by which " courtesy" copies of 8302230559 830218 PDR ADOCK 05000352 O
