. POTENTIAL REPORTABLE DEFICIENCY ARIZONA PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY (APS)

PVNGS UNIT #1 I.

Potential' Problem During prerequisite testing, sixteen (16) relays failed to operate in relay panels supplied by Harlo Corporation under Purchase Order 13-EM-022. Panels 1EZAB-C01, IEZAA-C01, 1EZJB-C01 and EZJA-C01 have Westinghouse Auxiliary Relays with 125 VDC coils, but are supplied from a 120 SAC source as specified on Drawings 13-E-HFB-005, Revision 3; 13-E-HFB-011, Revision 3; and 13-E-HJB-024.

Approach To and Status Of Proposed Resolution Bechtel Engineering is corresponding with Harlo to disposition this condition.

Projected Completion of' Corrective' Action and Submittal of the Final Report Evaluation of this condition and submittal of the Final Report is forecast to be completed by March 7, 1983.
