Abnoz nal wear of valve internals.
Analysis ef_ Occurrence:
1 Redundant MSIVs were cperable and had acceptsble laak rates.
The valve in line with MO 2-74 has not fet been testad for laak rate, but it is in an oporsb;e corditien.
This redundant valve, MO 2-77, will be testad as socn as possible to date.nine its leak rate.
Because the clant is cold shutdcAm no further is::ediate actica is required per Technical Speificatient-.
