The subject addenda are forwarded to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) as prescribed in the NRC approved August 1983 " Physical Security Plan, San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1,2 and 3."
Two copies of each addendum have been forwarded by this letter to the Regional Administrator, NRC Region V.
The temporary changes presented in the addenda do not decrease the safeguards eftectiveness I:
of this plan. The addenda contain " Safeguards Information" and must be protected under 10 CFR 73.21.
