Request for Additional Information Regarding Audits by NRC Seismic and Dynamic Qualification Review Team (SQRT) and Pump and Valve Operability Review Team (PVORT)

Dear bir. Schwencer,
h'e are pleased to provide the information requested by the reference letter in order for the NRC staff to plan for their PVORT and SQRT audits.
Qualification and installation of equipment subject to PVORT and SQRT audits will be about 90% complete early in the fourth quarter of 1983.
In September, 1983 we will provide you with a listing similar to attachment 1 to the reference letter, so that an assessment of qualification status can be made by the staff.
SQRT and PVORT forms (attachments 2 and 3, respectively, to the reference letter) will be prepared for those items selected by the staff for audit.
In this regard, we would appreciate identification of the items selected for audit approximately 45 days prior to your planned audit date.
Information regarding current test programs was most recently transmitted by our h!ay 3, 1982 letter from J. S. Kemper to D. G. Eisenhut. We will continue to forward to you information regarding planned testing as the need for testing is identified.
