Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Revision 5 to the Oyster Creek Security Officer Training and Qualification Plan Your letter of November 9, 1983 identified several inconsistencies in revision 5 to the Oyster Creek Security Officer Training and Qualification Plan which was submitted on April 26, 1983. Attached are the revised pages which satisfy the concerns expressed in the enclosure of your letter.
Since the Training and Qualification Plan contains information which, if released to the public, would compromise the physical security of the Oyster Creek Station, it is requested pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790 that the attachments be withheld from public disclosure and that they be protected in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21.
