Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
In my letter of August 30, 1983, concerning Significant Deficiency Report SD 413-414/80-05, it was stated that Unit 2 guide tube support pins were determined to need replacing. The replacement pins were to have been installed by February 1, 1984. The pins are onsite and will be installed during the reactor vessel internals assembly which began January 9, 1984.
The duration of this assembly will move the expected completion date to March 15, 1984.
