Dear Mr. Keppler:
Item 3 o f the referenced Dresden Units 2 and 3 and Quad Cities Units 1 and 2 Confirmatory Action Letter (CAL) required Commonwealth Edison to identify to Region III portions of systems described in part 1 of the CAL which failed to meet FSAR require-ments.
An initial listing of these portions under NUTECH's responsibility was provided in Reference (b).
At that time it was misinterpreted that all of the analyses listed f ailed to meet FSAR criteria, which was not the case.
Provided in Attachments 1 and 2 to this letter are complete and final listings o f NUTECH portions which did not meet FSAR criteria.
Item 3 of the CAL is now considered complete.
Please address any questions you may have concerning this matter to this office.
