Nuclear Property Insurance, San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Units 1, 2, and 3

Dear Sir or Madam:

This letter is the report required by 10 CFR 50.54(w)(3). The following Nuclear Property and Decontamination Liability Insurance will be in effect for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station on the April 1, 2020 policy renewal date:

Primary Property and Decontamination Liability Insurance Policy

($130 million)

Source Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited (NEIL Primary)

Please be advised that the revised coverage limit became effective on April 1, 2019 subsequent to the preparation of the referenced April 1, 2019 letter.

The policy providing coverage mentioned above complies with 10 CFR 50.54(w), including provisions for the insurance proceeds to be prioritized for dedicated reactor stabilization/safety and then for decontamination of the site.

There are no commitments contained in this letter.
