I, A. R. PANNILL, being first duly sworn do hereby depose and say:

1. I am the Personnel Manager of Daniel Construction Company, a divi-sion of Daniel International Corporation, at the Shearon-Harris Nuclear Plant located near Apex, florth Carolina (the Project).

2. In my capacity as Project Personnel fianager, I have control over the

- craft employment records of the Daniel personnel employed in connection with the Shearon-Harris Nuclear Plant construction.

3. In consideration of the proprietary and commercial interests of the Company and the Company's clients and the privacy interests of our employees ,

it is our policy and practice to customarily treat the infomation in these files as confidential and to control access accordingly.

4. The craft employment records of Daniel at the Project are maintained in a separate and limited access file room.

5. The craft employment files include personnel records of Daniel welders who have installed pipe hangers at the Project.

6. These files are kept locked when not in use and access to them is controlled and limited to the individual employee or authorized project repre-sentatives and management personnel.

7. It is our customary policy that third parties are not pennitted to receive information from these files in the absence of the consent of the individual employee or a valid and enforceable subpoena or similar legal process.
