Dear Mr. Keppler:

Our letter to you dated July 1, 1983, stated that the lustallation of tubing for modification of the turbocharger lubricating oil system would be completed by December 1983 for Unit 1 and February 1984 for Unit 2.

Presently, all of the required parts have been received. However, installa-tion cannot begin until heavy construction work in the immediate vicinity is completed (thus precluding potential damage to the delicate tubing).

We now anticipate completion of the tubing installation by April 1984 for Unit I and July 1984 for Unit 2.
