Reference (b) transmitted five (5) copies of a two (2) volume rep 3rt mtitled, " Seismological and Geological Studies, Miramichi Area, New Brunswick and Central New Hampshire", which was prepared by Weston Geophysical Corporation for Public Service Company of New Hampshire, Maine Yankee Atomic Potter Company, Vermont Kalear Power Corporation, and Yankee Atomic Electric Company. Attached to Reference (b) was an affidavit addressing the proprietary :uture of the report and requesting withholding the report from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR2.790.
Reference (c) approved our request for withholding of the Weston Geophysical report and also requested that, "If the basis for withholding this information from inspection should change in the future such that the bh3 O
