DPR-71 AND DPR-62 RESPONSE TO TECHNICAL EVALUATION REPORT OPEN ITEMS
Dear Mr. Vassallo:
In a letter dated November 3,1983, Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L) received a copy of the draft Technical Evaluation Report (TER) concerning the Control of Heavy Loads issued at the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant (BSEP) Units 1 and 2.
As part of the above letter, CP&L was asked to respond to the open items discussed in the TER within sixty days following receipt of your letter.
Af ter a careful review of the open items listed in the TER, CP&L has
' determined that we will not be able to respond within the recommended time frame. 'lhe responses to the TER upen items will be provided for your review by February 3, 1984.
