Dear Mr. Denton:
The referenced letter certified distribution of the ER-OL as directed by Mr. Darrell G. Eisenhut's letter dated November 28, 1983.
Subsequent to that distribution, cur licensing department was notified by the Department of Commerce, a directed recipient, that they had no further need of the ER and requested to be removed from the distribution list (attached).
The copy of the ER-OL sent to the directed recipient, the Advisory Council on Historical Preservation, was returned due to incorrect address. We were later notified by Ms. Melanie Miller of your organization that the Council is a defunct organization.
As a result, thc. two organizations;11sted above have been removed from our distribution list.
