Monthly Status Report Integrated Action Plan As of the end of April 1991,58 of 64 Level 1 Action items are reported as complete. Of the 291 Level 2 Action items, 278 (95.5 %) are complete.
One IAP Level 1 Action item was completed in April:
G1, Implement Actions to Resolve People issues, including Employee Suggestion System LAP Level 1 Action item D4, Develop Post-maintenance Testing for ASME Code Repairs, has been re-opened. An explanation is provided for this itern within the attached integrated Action Plan Status Report, independent reviews have been completed on 43 Level 1 Action items, and 13 more are in progress. A Schedule of Independent Assessments is a part of this report package.
Effectiveness reporting schedules have been estC lshed for LAP Action items wh we are reporting as completed.
