Catawba Nuclear Station Docket Nos. 50 413 and 50-414 Station Security Plan Revision 28 Dated June 20,1991.
Gentlemen:
As required by 10 CFR 50.54(p), attached are four copies of Revision 28 to the Catawba Nuclear Station Security Plan dated June 20,1991. Revision 28 addresses NRC comments on Revision 27 to the Security Plan dated January 30,1991 to include subterranean yard drain physical barriers, replacement of Security Shift Supervisor functions due to incapacitation or unavailability, changes to minimum security. shift post assignments addressed in Table 1,2-1 and Table 1.2-1 footnotes, adding specific Regulatory Guide 5.12 -
section references for mechanical locks and additional justification for proposed changes to ' Appendix 3-Search and Admittance Control. Revision 28 does not decrease the l
effectiveness of the Station Security Plan.
