Catawba Nuclear Station Docket Nos. 50-413 and 50-414 Safeguards Contingency Plan Revision 11 Dated June 20,1991 Gentlemen:
As required by 10 CFR 50.54(p), attached are four copies of Revision 11 to Oc Catawba Nuclear Station Safeguards Contingency Plan dated June 20,1991. Revision 11 includes corporate management and station security organizational changes, an update to Figure CPCN 3.2-3 depicting the site layout, deletion of all references to Interim Federal Specification W-A-0040B and the replacement of Security Shift Supervisor functions dur to incapacitation or unavailability. Details of each change made in Revision 11 are outlined in th2 attached Synopsis of Changes page. Revision 11 does not decrease the effectiveness of the Safeguards Contingency Plan.
