REQUEST FvR AMENDMENT FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-50 l
HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION DOCKET NO. 50-354 In accordance with the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and the regulations thereunder, Public Sarvice Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) hereby transmits a request for-amendment of Facility Operating License NPF-50 for Hope Creek Generating Station (HCGS).
In accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50.91 (b)
(1), a copy of the request has been sent to the State of New Jersey as indicated below.
The attached proposed change replaces the existing paragraph in A
Section 4.2.1, Aquatic Monitoring, of the Environmental Protection Plan, Appendix B of the Hope Creek Facility Operating License with the attached revised section 4.2.1.
