Operating Ljeense No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Technical Specification Change Request No. 205 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(1), enclosed are one (1) original and ten (10) confirmed copies of Technical Specification Change Request No. 205.
Also enclosed is one signed copy of the Certificate of Service for this request which reflects service to the chief executives of the township and county in which the facility is located, as well as the Bureau of Radiation Protection, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.91(a)(1), the enclosed analyses applied the standards of 10 CFR 50.92 in making a significant hazards considerations determination.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.91(a) a copy of this letter, the proposed change in Technical Specifications and our analyses of significant hazards consider-ations have been forwarded to Mr. Thomas Gerusky, the designated representa-tive of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
