NRC inspection report numbers 50-361/91-01 and 50-362/91-01 identified guidance that was used by inspectors to parform their inspection; specifically:
an NRC Region V
inspection guide for setpoint methodology; and 1 PRA-based plant-specific setpoint inspection guide f rom the NRR Risk Applications Branch.
