552, I nn horoby reneving my requer,t for copios cf all documents, including all menos, pertaining to the investigation of sn alle;ation referred to in Allegation Report F11-90-A-0105 - Crystal River. including the allegation report itself, the utility's response and documents por taining to the resolution of the matter.

A previous request for this infornatior, whs re:ett ed Nov.

20, 1900, on the grounds that 'diselesure ceuld reasonably be expected to interfere with an enferconent proceeding" because it could reveal information about enforcement efforts.

However, NRC spokeuman Ken Clark told me earlier this month that the care was closed Dec. 10, so tbo risk of interfering with hn enforcement proceeding no longer exist!.

Since the Nov. 30 rejection did not list Exempticn 7(C) that disclosure vould constitute an unwarranted invasion I

of personal privacy - I expect to receive identifications of all persons involved.

I request that fees for copying the records be valved since I an requesting this information for possitie inclucion in a next story, vbich la intended to benefit the public.

If you believe a fee is required, pleano notify me before making copies if the charge vill excued $50.
