On September 20, 1994, we submitted for NRC Staff l

review our 3rd 10-year Inservice Testing Program.

In our submittal we i

requested relief from some requirements of the ASME Section XI Code. Request for Relief #17 had an attached figure of the Containment Spray System, entitled Request for Relief #17, Figure 1.

This figure identified the valves to which the request applied. The figure highlighted the wrong valves and we are providing a corrected figure entitled. Request for Relief #17, Figure 1, i
