Changed to read, "Onsite personnel will be immediately notified of an emergency that is initially classified as an Alert or higher event, unless doing so poses a threat to personnel safety. For example, hurricane force winds, a tornado, or a security breach may dictate suspension or deferral of assembly, accountability and/or initiation of facility staffing. However, these activities would be implemented as quickly as achievable given the specific situation."
Note: The word " initially" was added following NRC correspondence. This change does not affect the commitment to insert modifications related to emergency assembly and accountability. Rather,
" initially" is inserted to underscore the intent to notify personnel at the onset of an emergency.
