SUMMARY
OF OPERATIONS OCTOBER, 1983 e
The cycle.II-III refueling outage continued into the month of October.
During the month of October there were two (2) auto-matic shutdowns.
The first occurred on October 24, 1983 and the second occurred on October 27, 1983.
The following safety-related maintenance was performed in the month of October:
1.
Performed miscellaneous maintenance on diesel generators.
2.
Repaired E'rsin Steam Isolation Valves.
3.
Overhauled A and B reactor coolant drain tank pumps.
4.
Repacked #6 river water pump.
5.
Loaded Cycle 3 core.
6.
Repaired seal leak on 2A charging pump.
7.
Repaired B RHR pump.
