Reply to Notice of Deviation based on the Inspection Report No. 50-123/83-02
Dear Mr. Norelius:
As ' requested in your letter dated 7 October 1983 we advise you of the corrective actions we have already taken and which we plan to take with regard to the aforementioned Notice of Deviation:
1.
The Reactor Management brought to the attention of the reactor staff the deviations stated in the Inspection Report.
2.
As a result the Standard Operating Procedures cited in the Notice are being reviewed and suggested improvements will be taken into account when they are revised.
The estimated date of completion of this review and revision process is 31 December 1983. Not later than that date the revised Standard Operating Procedures (cited in the aforementioned Notice of Deviation) will be sent to you.
