These pages should be substituted for those transmitted in the previous revision submittal dated September 21, 1983.
The enclosures contain Safeguards Information concerning security measures for the physical protection of Supply System facilities in which special nuclear material will be used. This information is to be protected in accordance with 10CFR 73.21.
