Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
My letter of October 21, 1983 notified you that investigation and preparation of 30-day Reportable Occurrence Reports R0-369/83-86 and 370/83-54, which were originally to be submitted on that date, were;'not yet complete and that the reports would be submitted by November 4, 1983. These Reportable Occurrences concerned discovery on September 23, 1983 of possible inadequate surveillance of fire protection system valves which would constitute degradation of the spray and/or sprinkler systems (T.S. 3.7.10.2).
The completed investigation determined that adequate surveillance was performed. Therefore these incidents are not reportable and no report will be_ submitted.
