Based on discussions with our NRC Project Manager, these amendment applications are being requested on a one-time basis only for the San Onofre Unit 2 and Unit 3 Cycle 8 refueling outages, with the exception of the :
editorial changes noted in Supplement I which are requested as permanent l changes. Enclosed are revised Technical Specification pages to reflect this I request.
