These arendment applications consisted of Proposed Change Number 402 which requested revisions to Technical Specifications 3.9.8.1, 3.9.8.2, and their Bases.
Based on discussions with our NRC Project Manager, these amendment applications are being requested on a one-time basis only for the San Onofre Unit 2 and Unit 3 Cycle 8 refueling outages, with the exception of the editorial changes noted in Supplement I which are requested as permanent changes.
Enclosed are revised Technical Specification pages to reflect this request.
