Georgia Power Cmpany, acting on its own behalf and as agent for Oglethorpe Power Corporation, Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia, and the City of Dalton, Georgia, subnits the enclosed application for amendment to the Construction Permits for the purpose of authorizing the sale of an additional 5% undivided interest in Vogtle - Units 1 and 2 by Georgia Power Ccapany to Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia (3 originals,19 copies). Applicants propose that this amendment be treated as a Class II activity, and, thus, enclose a filing f of $1,200.
