This letter is a request on behalf of Carolina Power & Light Company for records under the Freedom of Information Act,.5 U.S.C.
5 552.
The records I am requesting are:
Any and all documents relating to an unplanned exposure during a TIP modification,^
project at the Brunswick Nuclear
- Plant, Southport, North Carolina, on July 5,
1990.
Documents shall include, but not be limited to, statements of witnesses and/or persons having knowledge of the incident; any-photographs obtained from employees of Carolina Power & Light Company; any and all documents associated with an alleged employee discrimination complaint arising out of the above referenced incident; and any other documents relating to any investigation of the incident by a representative of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
