I hereby request, pursuant to the federal Freedom ofInformation Act
("FOIA"),5 U.S.C. I 552, as amended, and Nuclear Regulatory Commission
("NRC") regulations,10 C.F.R. Pt. 9, copies of all " records" (as defined in 10 C.F.R. 6 9.13) constituting or relating to concerns or allegations of radiological safety or to the actions or statements of health physics technicians on December 2 or 3,1987 at the Florida Power Corporation, Crystal River Unit 3 (Ograting License No. DPR-72) associated with the NRC's review of ALARA or hea th physics concerns specifically referenced as "RII-87-A-0124: ALARA Concerns." Without limiting the generahty of this FOIA request, records subject to this FOIA request may be in tie possession of the Allegations Coordinator, Region II, NRC.
Please attach a detailed statement of any documents that are withheld from production in response to this request. I am willing to pay the applicable charges for production of the requested amount in accordance with 10 C.F.R. Pt. 9 up to a maximum amount of $250 and those charges in excess of $250 of which I am notified, and which I approve in advance, i
