" Improved BVR-6 Technical Specifications" Revision 0 Gentlemen Enclosed is a supplemental application for amendment of the Facility Operating License (NPF-58) Appendix A Technical Specifications for the Perry Nuclear Power Plant (PNPP) Unit 1.

This supplements the application made December 16, 1993, by let ter PY-CEIndr-1732 1..

The format of this application follows that of the December 16, 1993 submittal.

This License Amendment application consists of proposed changes to improve and reformat the PNPP Technical Specifications based on NUREG-1434 " Improved BVR-6 Technical Specifications", P.evision 0, September 1992. This application has been prepared in enneert with the other BVR-6 owners. provides a copy of the pertinent marked up Technical Specification pages arranged by Technical Specification section. Unless noted on, the justifications, Significant Hazards Considerations, and Environmental Consideration provided in the December 16, 1993 application remain valid.
