Westinghouse Authorization Letter CAW-94-740, accompanying affidavit, and Proprietary Information Notice to support our September 13, 1994, letter which transmitted a proprietary version of our responses to your September 1, September 7, and September 9, 1994, requests for additional information.

As Items 1, 4,
and 5 contain information proprietary to Westing-house Electric Corporation, they are supported by affidavits signed by Westinghouse, the owner of the information.
The affidavits set forth the basis on which the information may be withheld from public disclosure by the Commission and address with specificity the considerations listed in Paragraph (b) (4) of 10 CFR 2.790.
Accordingly, it is respectfully requested that the information which is propriety to Westinghouse be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790.
