and'50-40 MOTION BY RICHARD WILSON TO WITHDRAW CONTENTIONS After discovery and informal conferences with the Applicants' technical staff I have decided to withdraw several contentions submitted on May 14 and accepted by the Board on September 22.
I withdraw Contention IV-C.
A conference with the Applicants' technical staff resolved my concerns about parts 1 and 3.
My concerns about part 2 remain, but I see no way of litigating this issue.
