Tucker's letter dated August 20, 1990 committed Duke Power to complete demonstration runs to verify the response times assumed in WCAP-10698, "SGTR Analysis Methodology to Determine the Margin to Steam Generator Overfill."
Duke Power committed to evaluate at least 80% ?f the licensed operators.
These demonstration r' ins were scheduled to be completed by August 30, 1991.
The demonstration runs were completed as scheduled,
- however, operator responses were not timed correctly.
Since the recorded operator response times were not valid, the assumed response times in WCAP-10698 could not be verified.
The demonstration runs have been rescheduled, and will be completed by December 13, 1991.
