NRC Bulletin 90-01, Supplement 1 Loss of Fill-Oil in Transmitters Manufactured by Rosemount By letter dated _May 24, 1993, Duke Power Company provided-a response' to - Supplement l' of NRC Bulletin 90-01.
In this response, Duke committed to performing.an enhanced surveillance program on the appropriate Rosedount transmitters which were 1
covered by NRC Bulletin 90-01.
This included a surveillance of -
the Standby Shutdown Facility (SSF) Reactor Coolant Pressure transmitter on Oconee Unit--3.
This ' transmitter met the criteria for a surveillance interval of at least once every refueling cycle, not to exceed 24 months.
During the Oconee Unit 3 refueling cycle EOC14, this surveillance was misced due to an administrative oversight.
In addition, the 24 month restriction has been exceeded for this transmitter.
The-transmitter has been evaluated to be operable.and the surveillance will be completed prior to January 31, 1995.
