" Overtime Limit" The purpose of this letter is to clarify our position on the subject NUREG 0737 item. In attachment 1 to your Order dated March 14, 1983, under Licensee's Status, you have stated that our implementation of this item was complete. As discussed between Mr. Jim Knubel of my staff and Mr.
Jim Lombardo, the NRC Oyster Creek Project Manager, on June 10, 1983, our status is as follows. We have previously initiated procedural controls which limit overtime for operations personnel as addressed in our response to Generic Letter 82-10 dated July 13, 1982. Additionally, we are currently formalizing, via corporate policy, overtime criteria in other departments and divisions. We will keep you informed of our progress on this issue.
