Limerick Generating Station, Units 1 & 2 Docket Nos. 50-352 & 50-353 Gentlemen:
The Board's Order of May 16, 1983 re' quires the Appli-cant to provide the City of Philadelphia and the intervenors with copies of draft "off-site" emergency plans as they are submitted to PEMA and to file a certification of the date of receipt by these parties of the draft plans.
As indicated on the attached receipts, copies of the draft plans were received by Martha W.
Bush on behalf of the City of Philadel-phia and by Judith A.
Dorsey on behalf of the intervenors on September 1, 1983.
