Please find attached a copy of the subject plan which covers the second ten-year inspection interval for Catawba Unit 1, which is scheduled to begin on June 29,1995. The i

plan is divided into two parts: (1) General Requirements and (2) Catawba Unit 1

s Also included is a copy of all isometdc drawings and system' flow diagrams that were requested by the NRC to support review of the plan.

Finally, Requests for Relief Nos. 94-04 and 94-05 are aise included as part of the plan.

Relief Request 94-04 seeks relief from the pressurizer support skirt surface examination requirements. Relief Request 94-05 requests a deferral ofreactor vessel outlet nozzle examinations from the first to the last period of the second ten-year interval. The request allows the examinations to be done in conjunction with the second interval ten-year reactor vessel examination.
