The scope and format of the database information was finalized and agreed upon during our discussion with Mr. Richard D. Fowler (Lockheed Idaho Technologies Co.) on December 23, 1994.

The above listed enclosures are being forwarded directly to Mr. Richard D. Fowler, as the NRC contractor program @ ager for the project.
