INITIATING CUES:

The Control Room announces a steam leak has developed in the Auxiliary Boiler Room The Unit Supervisor directs you to perform the actions for a steam leak in the 235 psig Auxiliary Steam Header in accordance with Attachment 6 of DB-OP-02525, Steam Leaks.

The Mechanical Hogger has been started from the Control Room.

Condenser pressure is 7.5 inches HgA.
