In accordance with 10CFR50.59, 10CFR50.90 and 10CFR50.91, GPU Nuclear Corporation, operator of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, Provisional Operating License No. DPR-16, r: quests changes to Appendix A of that license.
The subject Technical Specification Change Request involves Section 3.1 Bases and Table 3.1.1.
This change will raise the high dryvell pressure trip setpoint from 2.0 psig to 2.4 psig.
The Technical Specification Change Request has been reviewed by the Plant Operations Review Conraittee and an Independent Safety Revies Group in accordance with Section 6.5 ct the Oyster Creek T2chnical Specifications.
It is requested that the effective date of this Technical Specification Change Request be iircicdiately upon approval by the EC.
Fursuant to 10CFR50.91(b)(1), a copy of this Technical Specification Change Reques t has been sent to the State of New
