Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
In the Corrective Action section of Significant Deficiency Report SD 413-414/82-22, dated November 12, 1982, it was stated that the deficiencies in the personnel air locks would be tepaired by July 29, 1983. Due to the finding of more defects in the air locks than had been anticipated the work is now going to be complete by September-23, 1983.
