Docket No. 50-219 Cycle 13 Core Operating Limits Report As required by OCNGS Technical Specification 6.9.1.f.4, the Core Operating Limits Report for Cycle 13 operation is attached for NRC staff information.
The limits established in the report were determined by NRC approved methods.
The current Core Operating Limits Report revision (Revision 3) reflects Cycle 13 core design and safety analyt results. Average planar linear heat generation rate limits for two new General Electric fuel designs have been added.
In addition, the mtnimum critical power ratio limit has been changed from 1.51 to 1.48.
