ASLBP No. 93-671-01-OLA-3 INTERVENOR'S MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE FOR GOOD CAUSE DUE TO UNEXPECTED IMPAIRMENT OF COUNSEL Mary Jane Wilmoth, Esq., entered an appearance in this proceeding on June 22, 1994.
On or about November 24, 1994 Ms.
Wilmoth lost her nephew under tragic circumstances.
Upon information and belief, Ms. Wilmoth attempted to revive her nephew, who had died in her presence or was otherwise found dead.

Ms. Wilmoth's nephew was ten years of age.
Ms. Wilmoth was j
extremely close to her nephew and, since this tragic event, has been unable to provide legal assistance to Intervenor.
Below-signed counsel is unable to ascertain when Ms. Wil-oth can recommence providing legal assistance to Intervenor.
Ms. Wilmoth devoted her full time only on matters pertaining to the above-I captioned matter.
Her loss cannot be overstated.
