50-328 L. M. Mills' July 21, 1983 letter provided a request for an amendment to operating licenses DPR-77 and DPR-79 to change the technical specifications for Sequoyah Nuclear Plant units 1 and 2.
Enclosed are revisions to correct inadvertent errors in the proposed technical specifications provided in Enclosure 3, Change No. 3, revision of Table 3.6.2 for Operability of Containment Isolation Valves.
