Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
In the Corrective Action section of the final response to Significant Deficiency report SD 413-414/82-09, dated June 21, 1982, it was stated that the appropriate hardware to be used to correct the undersized electric motor operators would be available by December 31, 1982. The work was to be completed soon thereafter.
New operators were ordered, but to install these operators, adapter plates had to be ordered also. All necessary material is now onsite and the work is to be completed by August 15, 1983.
